The assessment is primarily designed for men aged 45–75 who are experiencing symptoms, considering a prostate check, concerned about their prostate cancer risk or simply want a more complete understanding of their prostate health and wider wellbeing.

The assessment is not suitable for men who have previously been diagnosed with or treated for prostate cancer.

Our 45–75 age range is a guide, not an upper age limit. The greatest preventative benefit is likely to be achieved during these years, when identifying potential risks earlier provides more opportunity to make meaningful changes that may influence future health.

Men over 75 can still benefit from understanding their prostate cancer risk, urinary health, erectile health, testosterone health and cardiovascular health. Where appropriate, we can tailor the assessment and recommendations to your age, general health and individual priorities.
