Encrypted systems, password protection, and locked storage with duel authorization.
All medical information stored on Carebit, secure electronic patient record system.
Medical records retained for minimum 8 years.
Data Sharing
Data shared only when required and with your expressed consent:
GPs, healthcare partners, labs, IT systems, regulators.
All data held in strict confidence with sharing of information with other healthcare professionals under the consent of the patient
Personal details and information never sold for marketing.
International Transfers
Data will not be shared internationally
In order to support international transfer of data, as required the Prostate Health Clinic assessment report will be transferred to the patient via a physical and electronic modality (ie Email). The safe transfer of data theron internationally is the responsibility of the patient.
